I weigh 80 kg (around 176 lbs) yeah i know i definitely need to lose some weight I was born in 1997 which makes me almost thirty in Chinese nominal age In China, if a guy hits 30
unmarried and isn't rolling in cash chances are he might stay single forever Back in 2018 i took out a mortgage to buy my first home hands down the worst decision of my life. let's break down what i actually paid back then The place is 101 square meters (about 1,080 sq ft) The sticker price was 560,000 RMB but I got a discount down to 520,000 Plus 63,000 for a parking spot bringing the total to nearly 590,000 RMB (around $82,000 ) I put down 30% and took out a 410,000 RMB loan Now I’m paying over 2,400 RMB (around $330 USD) a month for 20 long years.
To make matters worse the property value has dropped by half every time i think about it i just want to sleep because at least life is good in my dreams a few days ago I bought an outfit online for 15 bucks.
