Hi everyone, I'm Liu. Today, I'm cooking for my family. I'm making some home-cooked Chinese dishes. First, we're going to make rice the traditional way. Steaming the rice in a traditional wooden steamer. Parboil the rice first, then transfer it to the wooden steamer to finish cooking. Drain the rice. Place the wooden steamer on, wait for the water to boil, then add the rice. While waiting, we can prep some ingredients. The water is boiling, now we can put in the rice. Back to prepping the ingredients. Let's pick some green onions. Let's start cutting the
