Hello everyone! Welcome back to my channel. Now we are in Chongqing, China. I hope you’re as excited as I am to explore the famous Hongya Cave and the iconic Qiansimen Bridge under the enchanting lights of Chongqing at night. We begin our night journey in the alley of Daijia Lane, a peaceful corner that preserves the soul of old Chongqing. As we walk down the narrow steps, you’ll feel the steep slope of the mountain city — where streets, homes, and history are layered vertically. By night, with its lights aglow, Chongqing appears as a futuristic

city when viewed from above. As we descend further, the golden glow of Hongya Cave begins to appear through the gaps in the buildings. Let me continue down the stairs. As we descend, the sound of the city grows louder — not from above, but from below. In Chongqing, traffic flows through layers of space: roads, bridges, and monorails stack high above the rivers. Now we arrive at Hongya Cave, one of Chongqing’s most iconic landmarks. This 11-story cliffside complex combines traditional stilt-house architecture with modern shops and restaurants. As one

of Chongqing's most famous landmarks, this place is always packed with crowds at night. At night, it comes alive with warm golden lights — many say it looks like a scene from a Studio Ghibli film, especially from below. Don’t forget to capture a photo of the glowing facade from the lower street level — it’s one of the most famous photo spots in China. Inside, you’ll find local street food, hotpot flavors, souvenirs, and river-view bars. Make sure to explore both the upper floors and the bottom level along the Jialing River. In the second half

of the video, we’ll also explore the inside of Hongya Cave together. Next, we’ll walk toward the futuristic Qiansimen Bridge — a red suspension bridge connecting the old town to the modern skyline. This bridge is a favorite among photographers — it offers a perfect panoramic view of both Hongya Cave and the glittering Jiefangbei skyline. From here, you’ll have an incredible panoramic view: the glowing towers of Jiefangbei on one side, and the illuminated Raffles City on the other. Below, the Yangtze and Jialing Rivers meet, reflecting the city

lights in shimmering waves. This is where old meets new, tradition meets technology, and where Chongqing reveals its most surreal charm. As we stand on the bridge, surrounded by neon lights and endless vertical layers, you’ll understand why Chongqing is called the “Cyberpunk City” of China. Next, let's walk on the bridge and enjoy the charming city skyline. We’re now at the 11th floor, the highest level of Hongya Cave. From here, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Jialing River, the Qiansimen Bridge, and Chongqing’s neon skyline. This is one

of the best photo spots in the whole complex — especially at night when the bridge lights up and the river reflects the glow. Next, we will enter Hongya Cave from the entrance to explore the interior. As we go down floor by floor, you’ll notice the design mimics traditional stilt houses — called diaojiaolou. Wooden beams, red lanterns, curved eaves — all reflect old Chongqing style. The floors are lined with shops, including souvenir shops, food stalls, and small shops selling spices, teas, and handicrafts. Wow, stepping inside the building, the

scene feels like something straight out of the game Cyberpunk 2077. We’ve now reached the ground floor, where you’ll find the iconic view of Hongya Cave’s glowing facade from street level. This is the perfect spot to take your souvenir photo — with layers of golden lights stacked above the road. Now we’re entering the food section — get ready for the delicious smells!
