In this video we be eating at a popular chain restaurant in China They serve Hotpots on the premium end Each table is fitted with an electric stove for the Hotpot We are given a fancy iron pot of tea once we are seated It is a fermented tea that has a roasty and woody flavor Alright lets order! For broths let me get their most popular one which is a spicy mala And another one that is on the milky side For beef I have chosen the most epensive cut which is short rib The Australian wagyu shoulder And beef cubes For the rest of the orders I have chosen

mashed seafood Balls A vegetable platter Fried stuffed dough sticks Noodles A bubble tea And a fruit tea So far the bubble and fruit tea in China have been fresh and solid! The broth comes in a spilt pot so one can enjoy 2 on a stove These are crispy oily sticks with rich sweet salty fillings that can eaten without cooking While we wait for the rest of our food to arrive we can prepare our dipping sauce Normally I do not have a recipe and will just add all the ingredients with flavors I enjoy There are also a few ready to eat side dishes to pick up Like

seasoned fish skin Seasoned seaweed Cherry tomato And melon The broths are boiling up nicely The pig stomach broth is on the rich side being sweet and milky Which I find very very delicious! The mala is not bad too with spicy mouth numbling flavors This is the most popular broth here cause it includes tofu and duck blood which you can top up for free! Alright all of our orders have arrive It is not a lot but these would add up to about $100 bucks We also ordered their lobster which I think is their limited menu item Alright lets start with the wagyu

shoulder which comes nicely displayed! Just need a few seconds in the boiling broth! Mmmm, delicious! It is a tasty fresh cut that is nice and tender! So good! The most expensive beef the short rib though did not come in as nicely displayed This was even more tender and simply melts in your mouth! The beef cubes which unlike the slices will take much more time to cook Almost forgot about the chicken parts You get this from ordering the pig stomach broth which you can eat later once it cooked Besides that there is also the pig stomach that is already in

the soup Customers are also given a shot glass of slushy Which tasted pretty much like icy mango syrup drink The beef cubes are done in 5 minutes! These were a delightful surprise! They give out delicious beef juices with every chew! Reminds me very much of the street food fire torched beef cubes! The vegetable platter is made up of quite an assortment In it we have spinach Crown daisy Chinese cabbage Fresh shitake mushroom Black fungus Shimeji mushroom Enoki mushroom Lotus root Stalk? Carrot Radish Cherry tomato Corn And a heart shape fish cake! It is a

good choice if you like to try a variety of stuffs But actually you can be happy enough with the free goodies in the mala soup For these are very satisfying and very filling! Just ask for top up whenever you need more hehe Alright now lets cook up the lobster! This would be my first time having lobster in a Hotpot! Being the most expensive item for this meal hopefully it be worth it! Just awhile should be fine, you wouldn’t want to overcook this! Mmmm, it is firm, crunchy, succulent and sweet! A more premium alternative to shrimps I guess! Alright lets

cook up our cute seafood balls! For the fresh one, a staff can help us handle it This is a mashed up of squid paste and tobiko (flying fish roe) Once they start floating they are ready to be eaten! The mashed up one is sweet with lots of popping action from the tobiko Though this order was just 1 ball It made many smaller ones which made this order good for 3-4 people to share actually The cute penguin ball uses cuttlefish paste! And squid ink for the tuxedo! The flavor of this was really yummy! The cute paw uses shrimp paste! Which was more of a simple

taste compared to the penguin The salted egg doughsticks can also be enjoyed being dipped in the boiling broth It soaks up the piping hot soup like a sponge and still retains it yummy crispy texture! The last hotpot ingredient we have is ramen Which is the best dish to end a hotpot For it has the full flavor the the hotpot broths clinging on them The yummy broth clings nicely to them Overall though this Hotpot restaurant is rather pricy There is a quality to what you get For me the thing I like most about this place is the taste of the pig stomach soup

Which I can’t get enough of! And the free flow of the yummy duck blood from the other broth! Well this place would cost a whole lot more in my country so I guess in the end this was a very worth it premium meal! We get a bowl soya bean curd as dessert once we finish our Hotpot It is soft and jiggly without much sweetness which the Chinese prefer Not sure how they do it but we managed to save quite a bit by joining their as member!
